When we joined Shop Cleveland County, we were not sure what they were going to be able to do any social media any better than we could, but we gave them a try.
Being 1st time owners of a restaurant I was not sure what to do when my refrigerator went down. I was not sure who the best company was to call, best service, etc. So I posted on Facebook that I needed info. Within minutes Nicole called me. She had already called different people, found out numbers, cost for repair and took all the guess work out of it. I had my fridge fixed within hours.
Jimmy and I were talking one day and he asked who all I was ordering from. Jimmy asked if I ordered from Tyson, I told him no that I hadn’t talked to anyone and didn’t know whom to speak to without getting bounced to this person or that person. Jimmy made one call, in 2 hours I had a gentleman calling me setting up an appointment for the next day with a rep.
I would recommend Shop Cleveland County to anyone who needs that extra boost with their company.
