Starting from the shear will to want to see his dream come alive. Carlos started from the bottom up on his own. He had the help of his family and friends; he gathered supplies when he could to have when the time came. He opened a food truck first and was successful with it. Carlos realizes the impact he can have on the community and is willing to put in the work to be a visible force today.
